Biodiesel Production Equipment en Route To Illinois
Illinois biodiesel manufacturer BN National Trail revealed this morning that it has secured a purchase arrangement of all biodiesel process equipment from Kreido Biofuels. The shipment of the devices is now underway from Houston, TX and is expected to get here in Newton, IL by October
According to the company, the task is a shovel-ready site. It lies in an enterprise zone in Newton, IL near the second largest transportation corridor in the U.S. It's created to take full advantage of using development in the biofuels market in addition to a much better understanding of how to profitably handle a biodiesel production facility.
The scalable 30 MGPY facility's key differentiator is the multi-feedstock ability of the technology, shown in large-scale production in Europe today. This makes it possible for BN National Trail to establish purchasing agreements with local feedstock suppliers who will be able to supply unrefined soybean, corn oil, or other low-saturated oil at an opportunistically low rate throughout the lifecycle of the plant.
"Enhancements from the plant in Newton will come from the advanced feedstock innovation program in Budapest where a pilot plant is being expanded to consist of algae as a feedstock. QSB, a BNE accredited technology will be incorporated with the new process equipment," confirmed CTO Robert Brooks. No timeframe has actually been offered when the plant would start production.
"This purchase arrangement is a substantial action forward for BN National Trail. Not just will it supply profits, but it will likewise speed up plans by around 2 years." stated CEO Tony Quinones.
Blue Northern Energy, LLC (BNE) and the LLC entity it developed, BN National Trail Holdings began searching for a website to commercialize a more energy efficient and low C02 processing innovation for the biodiesel industry. A nationwide look for a job site to establish lead BNE Chicago's entrepreneurship center and to National Trail Biodiesel Group (NTBG).
The National Trail Biodiesel Group, a venture by local community members in Newton Illinois and Blue Northern Energy together to form BN National Trail. The five years of structure project development by National Trail combined with Blue Northern's experienced staff of biodiesel production, task management, and cash management proficiency ensures experienced and component management that will make it possible for BN National Trail to be an innovative and world class biodiesel facility.
BN National Trail will have direct access to the ABQ Innovation Center, the research and development center for Blue Northern Energy. The center's objective will be to fine-tune most current innovation advances in biodiesel production and usages of renewable resource. This will consist of examining multiple fuel sources, soy, corn, algae, white grease, biomass and jatropha curcas; understanding that will enable different regions to monetize their specific edible and non-edible crop sources.
